What is your return policy?
We want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on gently used products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are Saie products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, Saie is proud to be 100% cruelty-free and Leaping Bunny certified. The majority of our products are vegan, and we clearly label any items that contain ethically sourced beeswax or carmine.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
